Why do we need to sign a licence agreement?
Without a licence agreement it is not permitted to show television in public/institutional environments such as hotels, offices, restaurants, bars, gyms, schools, hospitals and military facilities. Viewing without agreement constitutes a breach of copyright law.
How do I order a licence?
You order a licence by filling in the order form.
How can I advertise that we are showing Eurovision Song Contest in my company?
You can market neutrally in words (without trademarks, images or logos).
You MAY NOT use EBU's, Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) trademarks and/or use SVT's trademarks, logos or other distinctive marks associated with SVT.
The company MAY NOT in any way market itself as a sponsor, partner or similar.

I already have a viewing agreement or subscription. Do I still need to register?
Yes. To publicly show SVT's broadcasts of Eurovision and/or Viaplay's broadcasts of the Ice Hockey World Championship you need to order a separate licence.
Is it allowed to charge admission or sell tickets to the event?
You do not have the right to charge a separate entry fee or other payment for the viewing of the events.
