Privacy Policy

This page explains how Binero collects and uses your personal data. You will also receive information about your rights in this regard and how you can exercise your rights. Binero always takes the greatest possible consideration for your privacy and handles your personal data with great caution and care.

What is personal data and what is the processing of personal data?

Personal data means all information that the Supplier processes on behalf of the Customer pursuant to this personal data processing agreement, concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ("Data Subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person.

Important documents for you as a customer

Binero as data controller

We act as the data controller for you as a customer, but also as an agent for customers and users as well as for the information you provide when registering for our services. This means that we assume the responsibility that applies to data controllers under the GDPR concerning the processing of your personal data. Our customers may, in turn, be responsible for personal data for information they collect and store in our services, and our role then becomes that of a Data Processor for our customers. On the page "Dataskyddspolicy" you will find all the information that applies to you as registered with us.

Binero as a processor

For you or your customers who in turn store personal data in our services, we act as a data processor. This is something that is primarily important for you as a customer to keep track of, and you need as a data controller or processor to ensure that you have an agreement (data processing agreement). This is something we have developed together with our legal partners and it is a data processing agreement that applies to all our customers.

Trained and aware staff

We have undergone training and an internal GDPR certification for all our staff in all departments, and we do this continuously once a year. We also have specialised expertise and supplier/system support to keep ourselves updated and actively work to comply with the directives and try to facilitate this also for our customers.

Certifications

We are certified according to the quality standard ISO 9001, the environmental management standard ISO 14001 and the information security standard ISO 27001 and have met the strict requirements for routines, processes and various systems contained within these.

Other

Other important information about how we work with GDPR, both as processor and controller, can be found in our data protection policy and our appendix to the data processing agreement, which describes how we process personal data as a processor. For other questions, we refer to the Data Protection Authority, which has very good information and guidance for working with GDPR.
