Privacy policy

This page explains how Binero collects and uses your personal data. You also receive information about your rights in this regard and how you can go about asserting your rights. Binero always takes the greatest possible consideration of your privacy and processes your personal data with great caution and care.

What is personal data and what is processing of personal data?

Personal data means any information that the Supplier is Processing on behalf of the Customer under this Data Processing Agreement, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Important documents for you as a customer

Here we have collected important documents that apply to you as a customer of Binero related to GDPR.

Binero as personal data controller

We act as a personal data controller for you as a customer, but also as a representative for customers and users as well as for the information you provide when registering in our services. This means that we assume the responsibility that within the GDPR applies to personal data controllers regarding the processing of your personal data. Our customers, in turn, may be responsible for personal data for information they collect and store in our services, and our role then becomes that of Personal Data Assistant to our customers. On the "Data protection policy" page you will find all the information that applies to you as registered with us.

Binero as processor

For you or your customers who in turn store personal data in our services, we act as a personal data processor. This is something that is important mainly for you as a customer to keep track of and you need as a personal data controller or assistant to make sure that you have an agreement (assistant agreement). This is something that we have developed together with our legal partners and is a personal data processing agreement that applies to all of our customers.

Educated and aware staff

We have undergone training and an internal GDPR certification for all our staff in all departments, and do so on an ongoing basis once a year. We also have cutting-edge expertise and supplier/system support to stay up-to-date and work actively to follow the directives and try to facilitate this for our customers as well.

Certifications

We are certified according to the quality standard ISO 9001, environmental management ISO 14001 and the information security standard ISO 27001 and have met the strict requirements for routines, processes and various systems found in these.

Other

Other important information about how we work with GDPR, both as an assistant and responsible, can be found in our data protection policy and our appendix to the personal data processor agreement, which describes how we process personal data as a personal data processor. For other questions, we refer to the Swedish Privacy Protection Authority, which has very good information and guides for working with GDPR.
