Just Search Welcomes Expert Speakers

Internet marketing company Just Search (http://www.justsearching.co.uk/), part of the Getupdated group, has introduced a new, more interactive approach to its team’s learning and development. In support of encouraging career progression and development, it is taking a proactive approach by inviting a series of industry experts to its European headquarters to pass on their experiences and advice, starting in December 2010.

Just Search is currently looking forward to welcoming the first of its visitors: Nichola Stott of theMediaFlow and Claire Thompson of Waves PR. They will be visiting the office in Manchester to talk about the link between public relations and search engine optimisation (SEO).

Nichola will be able to provide an invaluable insight into online communications. She has an impressive career history, having worked at PR Newswire and Yahoo! where she fulfilled the role of senior search business development manager before being promoted to head of UK commercial search partners. In 2009, Nichola launched theMediaFlow which is a successful search and social media agency.

Her knowledge will be complemented by Claire Thompson’s input from a public relations (PR) perspective. Claire has worked in the PR industry for 15 years, both in-house and as a consultant, and is particularly focussed on working with technology and online companies.
