Getupdated has previously informed about a tax case concerning rejected tax deductions that could constitute an exposure of SEK 13.2 M for the company. The Swedish court ruled in favor of Getupdated, as reported by the company on March 29. As the case has not been appealed by the end of the appeal time, the ruling in favor of the company is now final.
Besides ruling in favor of the company's tax deductions, Getupdated also stands to receive reimbursement for legal costs.
