Rights issue 2023
The Board of Directors of Binero Group AB (publ) (‘Binero’ or the ‘Company’) has on 3 May 2023 resolved to carry out a directed share issue based on the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting 2022 of approximately SEK 10.4 million (the ‘Directed Share Issue’), and resolved to propose a rights issue of approximately SEK 10.1 million to the shareholders who did not participate in the Directed Share Issue (the ‘Rights Issue’).
