Hi Elsa! How do you help your customers stay up to date with technology?
- Our aim is to ensure that our customers get the best technology for their specific needs. To achieve this, we keep up to date with the latest technology on the market. When visiting our customers, technicians carefully review the existing equipment and inform our project managers about equipment that needs to be replaced or upgraded. We work proactively to improve and optimize technical solutions to prevent larger and more complex problems in the future. If you are unsure which solution is right for your business, we will guide you in the right direction, and we can make site visits to review your specific needs. Our technical advice is a vital part of every project we undertake.

As a project manager, do you think that technological advances make it difficult for businesses such as hotels and restaurants to stay ahead of the curve in the long term?
Yes, I think most businesses need to accept that technology is constantly evolving and changing.
Customers' expectations of convenient, simple and up-to-date technology are constantly increasing, making it necessary to keep pace with these changes.
