As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening and developing our marketing and brand. You will be responsible for the company's marketing activities that will ensure and improve the company's visibility to ultimately increase the company's market share, revenue and profitability.

Your tasks will include, among others:

Reinforce and enhance our message across all relevant marketing channels, e.g. website, social media, email, print and presentations.
Work with the Business Unit Director to develop an annual marketing plan and budget
Organise, plan, implement and evaluate agreed activities in the marketing plan based on predefined KPIs
CRM - work with the marketing module - ensure that it is continuously customised and automated to support the business unit processes.
Together with HR and other marketing colleagues build and maintain employer branding.
Annually review our strategy together with the Business Unit Director and CEO. Evaluate and propose improvements (if needed)
Events - responsible for ensuring that events are organised according to plan and in line with the business unit's marketing plan and strategy and participate in the events, if needed
Build processes and procedures for the business area marketing together with other marketing colleagues
Communicating with all suppliers required for the marketing activities in consultation with other marketing colleagues

Qualifications:

Secondary education and relevant training in marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing, current trends and social media
Experience in managing projects
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing
Excellent B2B communication and presentation skills
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, written and spoken

You will report to the Business Unit Director and the position is located in newly moved modern bright premises at the head office in Alvik Strand.
