How does showing TV in public work?
To show TV content in public, you need a licence that gives you the right to do so. This is sometimes referred to as a viewing agreement, broadcasting rights or licence agreement, but it all means the same thing – giving you the right to show TV in public. This applies to all commercial activities, including various businesses such as hotels, restaurants, offices and event venues.
