Vilken tv licens behövs för att visa TV på företaget?
Du behöver ha en tv licens som ger dig rättigheten att visa TV i offentlig miljö. Ibland benämns det som visningsavtal, visningsrättigheter, licensavtal men det syftar till samma sak, att ge er rätt att visa TV offentligt.
Varför måste vi ha tv licens för att visa TV i offentlig miljö?
Utan licensavtal är det inte tillåtet att visa TV i offentliga/institutionella miljöer så som hotell, kontor, restauranger, barer, gym, skolor, sjukhus och militäranläggningar. Genom licensen får du rättighet att visa TV offentligt. Visning utan avtal är däremot ett brott mot upphovsrättslagen och kan leda till en straffavgift.
Var kan jag få information om vad man får och inte får visa i offentlig miljö?

För de flesta evenemang krävs det ett företagsabonnemang för att få rättighet att visa det offentligt. Något vi självklart kan hjälpa till med.

Behöver jag även ett abonnemang med kanaldistributören, t ex Discovery?
Det korta svaret är nej, ni behöver inget separat avtal med distributören. Distributören tar förvisso ut en avgift för att tillhandhålla TV-kanalerna, men det regleras i det avtal ni har med oss. Vi har helhetslösningar för allt ni kan behöva.
