What does the role involve and what will you do?

In the role of Finance Assistant at Binero IT, you will work with many contacts. You will be part of a dynamic team where openness and a sense of service characterise the teamwork of the group. The role is broad and includes everything from customer and supplier accounts, management of assigned companies and contacts with internal and external parties.

You will report to the Accounting Manager and the position is located in newly moved modern bright premises at the head office in Alvik Strand.

 

Your tasks include, among other things

  • Ongoing work with supplier invoices
  • Invoicing
  • Follow up, handle discrepancies and solve any problems in the invoice flow
  • Reminder and claim management
  • Reconciliations of ledgers
  • Taking part in the continuous development of processes and working methods
  • Handling various ad-hoc issues

Profile description:

  • Secondary education in economics
  • Previous experience working in a finance department
  • A good understanding of the financial flow mainly accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken Swedish
  • Thrives on working in a changing environment

Experience of working in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.
